I won’t explixitly mention the name of the ad except it contains some long sales pages with some videos.
Why the long sales pages? Because it takes a lot of effort to convince people to join this company and they are trying to sell you the dream of financial freedom etc.
Is this a scam? The company legally speaking in itself most probably is legit. But why does it attract so many complaints?
Here are a couple of things I found.
A common complaint is made against a guy named Jim Rivas. You can read the full report if you’re particularly interested in the details.
http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/278/RipOff0278036.htm
The situation is that this company claims it is not a MLM, but the way it operates have similarities to a MLM. i.e. the more people you recruit, you then get a share of the profits that your recruits make. i.e the “compensation plan”.
In this instance, Jim Rivas was one of the people higher up in the chain or was a “sponsor” but unfortunately just ripped people off instead, keeping the best performers to himself etc etc. So it means that when you join Lifepath Unlimited, you could get burnt if you get a dodgy person who recruited you.
The second point I’d like to make is the content and price of the products.
What this company is selling is essentially self help books, CDs, DVDs and seminars. e.g. Law of attraction, wealth mastery etc
All fair and well, but have you seen the prices? One of their premium products: A five day conference with meals and board included $15,000!
Seriously, even Tony Robbins ain’t near that scale.
So let me conclude. If you want to join lifeplan unlimited, you need have a start up budget of $2000. This was what was recommended by Shultzlpu’s blog.
After that, assuming your sponsor isn’t a scam artist (cos you never know who it could be right?) you need to start selling stuff like crazy to make any money and recuit more people.
I don’t know about you but I think there are much more better ways to make money online without associating yourself with these types of companies.
If you want to make money in a way that you can be comfortable with and is truly a simple method i.e don’t need to recruit people etc, try not to fall for the scams. Learn more here.

Who are you and why are you able to make these comments…
Why can you base them on one person”s costs ie, Tony Robinson…very limited and only using a power name.!
I research alot of MLM and promise you I am not sold on this opportunity.
I have one in mind and research, along with believing in what you preach is vital.
Have You Donde THe Program.
I purchased this product and still after 21 days have not put it into action…. ie, listened to the 56 days.
This alone I personally have promised myself that I would do.
The opportunity gives me 30 days from purchase.
I have the money and the ability to learn from self growth.
The true promise comes from this company if they return my 2k if I don’t believe it is worth it.
I do agree that I have a reputable sponsor which with many MLM this is not available as there are many Rogues.
I also agree that this company,s sales manual does not give the person who has just invested a great deal of money in self- help for him/herself an opportunity to view the product for themselves, and them allow them the opportunity to promote it for the right reasons.
Hence MLM to make money.
I Will resists the 35 e-mails a week do what the program offers (financial re-munneration ) and if it is beneficial to me……- A seasoned campaigner and believer of direct sales.
If I Believe a Product is worth it and beneficial to me then I will promote it…. Have you got a good resturant or dining spot thatyou tell people about… if so do you make money by telling them about it.
NO.
Do the program and it will sell itself.
Ask me in 60 days from the 18th.
P.s I’m holidaying in Perth and enjoy the job I do know

Lifepath is a scam I joined and they are full of lies DO NOT give them money, you will be throwing it away.
Life Path Unlimited Has SCAM written all over it. They will take your money and NO they will not give it back for any reason what so ever. Once you pay, make sure you took a good look at the money first because you will NEVER see that money again. Send it to me, you will get more out of it.
LPU some how has been able to skirt all allegations of being a scam. The principal found Joe Neid, aka Joseph Niedospial, Joe Nied is very experienced. But LPU has a F rating with the Arizona Better Business Bureau.
Lifepath Unlimited is the worst scam I have seen. It is MLM at its worst. Avoid it at all costs.
Joe Neid:
This is the story of Joe Neid. This is the man running the personal development company Life Path Unlimited.
1st marriage cheated she left him.
He played on an Ice Hockey Team in Illinois — Stopped playing hockey because he stole 5,000 from the hockey team’s bank account. These men were his friends that he grew up with. Ask Joe Neid if he has friends from his childhood. The answer is no.
Then Joe opened a business as an insurance agent. He was charged with insurance fraud – cannot write insurance in the state of Illinois He was taking money and not giving people their policy and he lost his license. Wow he is honest right?
Then joe bought Jeffery Combs business from him for $200,000. According to Jeffery himself Joe totally ripped him off and never paid him.
Then Joe moved on to Global Prosperity, a company he was involved in off shore investments . Joe worked closely with Steve Moreland and JW Zidar who are in jail. The reason Joe isn’t in jail is because he testified against them in Grand Jury
He had the FBI chasing him around and he was hiding from the FBI. Literally hiding in his home and ducking down
He then went to work for the company Liberty League. They fired him. You ask why?
He was taking money in the back end from their event planner Karen Gill and from the guy doing the telesminar for the company. He was stealing money from the vendors when making tons of money from the company and thats why he was fired. Never enough for Joe he must continue stealing like he has his entire life.
Joe has not paid taxes in over 20 years. He has an armed IRS agent after him.
Now Joe runs Life Path Unlimited. I guarantee he will take that company down. I am sure he is stealing from it, he is a thief.
2nd relationship with Gail cheated with the LPU secretary Joy Elizabeth. He left Gail broke and on food stamps.
This is the man running Life Path Unlimited. Hope you enjoy Joe Neids words of wisdom. These are just the facts people. Look them up yourself. No exaggeration at all!
I was at LLI when Joe Neid was fired. According to Brent and Shayne, they fired him for stealing money and setting up back end deals that benefited him financially. Add to this his recent court admission that he hasn’t paid or FILED taxes like the rest of us in TWENTY years, and you get the picture of a guy that is just plain greedy and unscrupulous.
Fortunately, his current company LifePath Unlimited is in obvious serious trouble.
Recently LifePath announced that co-founder Patrick Combs is gone. He was the main guy on all their products and he’s out. Usually a co-founder leaves to avoid the fall out of the coming crash.
You also know its a sinking ship when and all the best sales leaders keep leaving. So far these top associates have come, not liked something, and left for greener pastures: Michael Hamburger, Wendy Stevens, Lehman Haily, Alan Nettles, Jason Bryn, Jenn Lawlor, JT DeBolt and just about everyone they had leading in Australia including Theo who went over to WMI with Hamburger and Haily. Who’s next, Jeremy Miner? The Swans? Co-founder Dave Mackenzie?
For anyone even thinking about buying a ticket to board this Titanic, do yourself a favor and look over the videos the company posts about their live events. Looks like attendance at every live event is getting smaller and smaller. LifePath Unlimited’s last event looks like attendance at a bad high school dance. 50 people tops, I’d say.
Perhaps that explains why LifePath hasn’t put on their Destiny event in a year and a half, even though its advertised as an annual event. No fun to through a big party and have only 10 people there. Doesn’t suggest the right winning image.
Hopefully someone goes to jail for this collassol rip off in the end.
I can’t believe anyone would give money to anything that is an MLM or be dumb enough to pay for a “potential” job. I hope everybody with nothing to do finds something other than giving money to these type rip-off artists. I can’t believe how gullible people are. Please respond to me and tell me how you are convinced that you can fall for this or any of these work at home based businesses.
WOW! I’m glad I read this, the ad is convincing. But won’t tell you what it is until you sign up, that’s what let me to search. Just a Google search let me here, which I’m glad I did.

I cannot remember the website I set up. I am 73 years old and thought I was smarter than to fall for something like this. However, Jeremy Miner was a very mesmerizing soft-sell sales person. It sounded like I could take what little inheritance I received and make some decent money with it. I did not see their no refund policy until I asked for my money to be returned. That had to be Jeremy’s doing. He also promised to help me with anything and everything and did not follow through with that. I am now suffering from stress caused by this and cannot afford to get any medical help because of this stupidity of mine. I still find it hard to believe that I went for LPU which included MIM, Discovery, Breakthrough and Destiny. Wish I had found this area first.
I would be much healthier, both physically and financially.
Pat
all i can say for all the reports is this. you all forgot one thing. that is you can even make a scam into a greaat business. how . take the prodect and sell is after all isen’t that what you got into it for. if you take a collage business corse what does it cost you? what do you get at the end of the corse?
let me help you. it cost you much more then LPU. and at the end of the corse you have nothing. youdo not have a business. you have 4 years for hard work to learn about business. but still no business. now that is a scam. the probllum is most people don’t even know what a scam is. again let me help you a scam is paying money for nothing. Lpu and some other co. train you to run a home business. plus your already in the business. all the things I have heard about LPU. not once have I heard them say what you do earn for sale. I will say this. it cost less then $1.700 to buy in in two sales I made that back. the problum with people that talk about co. being a scam is they want you to join there co. in most cases. so to do that they have to put some one down. cheep. about MLM as most know it is multi level marketing LPU is not MLM it i MIM that is multi investment marketing. something els they don’t tell you when they put a co down LPU they forgot to tell you LPU has a sevice department scams don’t have that . oh by the way the founder of LPU has been on ophra 6 times scams don’t do that either. so when you listen to people telling you who is and isn’t a scam maybe you need to ask somes one would know ask BBB or if you live in AU ask the cpa. by the way i am a new comer to LPU and I have made my money back already. you see the scam is when you want something and don’t want to work for it, now that’s a scam. thanks for reading my story.
X lpu i tried to get in contact with you for a friendly chat but your page is not found hum. any how the story you rote about
Joe Neid s his privet life that has nothing to do with LPU. but people do that when they don’t really have much to say sorry m8 i just believe that if people had nice things to say insted of nothing to say it would be a better world don’t you? I try not to say any thing bad about people because people are what they are and we need to take them that way. again i recken your a great persoon. so why be that way . cheers.
Hi
i have one more thing to share with you about some people that are takeing shots at LPU most have not even worked for LPU, the only thing they really know about it is what they read or hear. so it seems to me if you want to know about something find out from them your self. you know get it from the horses head not the horses other end. I just say this, any on line thing can be a scam it depends on what you do with it. I have gone into food markets and paid good money for food and got nothing for it does that make them a scam? the choice is always yours if you feel something is not right to you then don’t take it . things are not a scam. it all comes down to your choice and what you do with it when you get it .I don’t see scams why because I make things work for me. any how enuff. cheers all have a great day.
Lifepath Unlimited, Joe Neid and Jeremy Minor are all con-artist! I paid more than $13,000 to get on board and up and running and never received any support. After 3 months, I had to move on and take my losses. I don’t know how these people live with themselves praying on people and taking their money. If I were either Joe Neid or Jeremy Minor, I would be watching my back and my families back as at some point thier going to mess with the wrong person who isn’t going to be too happy about getting ripped off by this scam! Please, learn from my mistake and do not beome a victim of this horrible scam!
Guess what? Jeremy Minor is no longer with them. Wonder why?
